15 Minute Intro call - No Charge

60 Minute - 175.00

90 Minute - 235.00

I have chosen to offer 60 and 90 minutes sessions to accommodate each clients need for scheduling and expense. As a practice, I utilize all I have learned from all the education I have pursued in my career. My goal is to offer each client what is needed as it arises. All session are in integration unless there is a specific request.

Payments are made at each Session.

I accept payment in the form of Zelle, Cash, Check and with an additional $5.00 fee - Credit Cards.

Cancellations:

Please cancel your session 24 hours in advance.

Expectations...

I believe it is important to have some understanding of what one can expect from this work.

Trauma and dysregulation have many origins... that said, your system might be dysregulated from one shocking event, many small events over time, or perhaps a system running at the edge - then having one last overwhelming event - resulting in your body ending up with a system out of control. Learning and feeling how to find a grounded, regulated place to allow the excess survival energy to move out of your body will be the beginning. Over time, developing the capacity to return to that embodied feeling will become a welcome resource.
